The Folsey Foundation mission is to empower widows and vulnerable women by providing them with the opportunity they need to live a better life. We believe that every widow deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion—and we work hard to ensure that they receive all of these things from us.
Our goal is simple: to provide financial, emotional and spiritual stability for widows who have lost their husbands through no fault of their own. We offer a variety of services at our empowerment centre, specifically designed for widows—from skill acquisition, financial empowerment and series programs that allow them to get back on their feet quickly after losing their husbands, to counseling sessions that help them get past their loss and start living again.
